We just can’t help but mash-up what we think are two or three of our most delicious seasonal offerings to yield something with the uniqueness of a single-origin, and the consistency of a blend.
Alas, this limited edition blend combines two very different tasting coffees from two very different places; Ethiopia Mormora Natural and Honduras Olman Pineda.
Joining us from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras, Olman Pineda provides a sturdy structure for our blend. Dense fruit and a juicy sweetness pair wonderfully with the more complex Ethiopian coffee. Next, from Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, coffee from the Mormora plantation lends further concentrated sweetness rendering our Japan exclusive THREE the perfect celebration for our three year anniversary in Japan.
